Delivery

Due to price increases with postage, we are only offering free postage on all orders over £65.

PLEASE NOTE:

​

We send parcels by 24 hour delivery every Tuesday via Parcelforce.

​

We do not send parcels over the weekend due to them going missing or being damaged.

​

A tracking number is provided to you so you can make arrangements for the parcel to be received.

​

If delivery is attempted and failed due to no one being at the delivery address, the parcel is returned to us at a cost of £15.

​

The parcel is with Parcelforce for a week before it gets returned to us.

​

We do not offer refunds if the parcel has failed to be delivered because there was no one to accept the delivery.
